Becoming Registered
All applications for registration must be accompanied with the appropriate fee as outlined below and evidence of practice within the last five years.

In certain circumstances nurses registered or enrolled in adjacent states who are required, as part of their employment, to practise across state borders may be eligible to have their registration fees waived.
Please note: In Tasmania all practising certificates expire on 31 August each year.
There are no pro-rated fees available.
Applications received after 1 July in any year will have an expiry date of 31 August the following year ie. 14months.
